"We saw Dr. Hemphill and the Vision Therapist. The testing was extensive and utilized many modalities to accurately access what was going on. Not only were they very kind to me and my son, they were exceedingly thorough and knowledgeable. They did a great job of working with my son who is struggling with focusing and tracking, as a result, reading is very challenging. Not only did they offer a lot of hope but they navigated the fact that he was nervous and a bit embarrassed by his inability to read well, very nicely. They helped him realize what his eyes and brain were doing were not in his control but there were exercises and techniques that could help him. He left very buoyed for the first time in years. I anticipate getting a detailed write up in the mail with suggestions on how to proceed. Can not recommend them enough!"
